Loved the breathtaking view of Arenal Volcano from the shower window in the Premium Bungalow Volcano View. The hot springs gave us such a relaxing end to our days after hiking. The spacious front patio was great for enjoying morning coffee surrounded by nature. The staff made our stay memorable, especially when they fixed our rental car issue swiftly, showing their willingness to help in any way. On the downside, the dining experience at the hotel was slow, especially during dinner, which made us hesitate to eat there again. Also, the driveway leading to our suite felt a bit sketchy at night without sufficient lighting, which could use some improvement. Despite these issues, we had a fantastic family trip and would happily visit again.

Upon arrival, we were bombarded with an overwhelming list of rules instead of a warm welcome. It was inconvenient to have to reserve breakfast times, especially when the hotel wasn't busy, which made dining feel less special. The hot springs, while eventually enjoyable, needed cleaning and maintenance, detracting from what should have been a relaxing experience.

This was just a prime choice for a weekend rest in La Fortuna with great value for the money. We loved that the hotel provided fresh milk from the farm next door for our morning coffee! Be sure to check out the expanding hot spring pools.

A beautiful location with a superb view of the volcano, but the breakfast experience fell short due to limited options and questionable service. The room was spacious enough for a family of four, though the outdated bathroom and issues with the shower fittings were disappointing. Staff seemed overwhelmed, as evidenced by the lack of communication regarding our safe deposit box and the need for self-service when issues arose, like a clogged toilet. Despite these drawbacks, the hot springs offered a nice touch of relaxation after a long day.

The view of the volcano was absolutely stunning, felt like it was right outside our window! ! The hot spring pool was a highlight for us, spent so many nights soaking and looking at the stars, made me feel so relaxed after long days.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, it was still acceptable.

This place suits me perfectly with outdoor swimming pool, bar lounge area, and 24-hour security. On my first stay, the staff helped return my forgotten jewelry, which I really appreciated. I recommend trying breakfast near the pool! I'm coming back for a business trip.
